At The Celiac Code we are commited to delivering you with the highest quality bars on the market. Your satisfaction is important to us. But because we sell food, we cannot accept returns at this time. We do understand, however there are certain instances where a return or refund should be granted. Please read our policy below that outlines the specific circumstances that a return or refund will be considered.

 

GENERAL POLICY:

1. REPLACEMENTS: If there is a problem with the product you recieved, we will happily replace it to ensure your satisfaction. 

2. NO STANDARD REFUNDS: We generally do no offer returns on purchases since we cannot resell returned food product. We recommend carefully reviewing your order and asking any questions reguarding ingredients prior to placing your order.

SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES FOR REFUND:

1. Defective or damaged products:

*If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it.

* In order to process this request we will need photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Make sure it includes the batch number on the box.

* Please Submit your claim within 3 days of recieving your order.

Refund Process:

1. To initiate a refund or replacement request please email us at theceliaccode@yahoo.com with a description of the problem, photos,and the batch number on the box.

2. Depending on the circumstances, we may or may not approve your refund request. 

Policy Amendment Rights:

The Celiac Code reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time in order to better serve our customers.

 

 

 

 

 

All orders will ship within 3 days of your order date. Please note we currently can only ship orders to California at this time. As a cottage food bakery we can legally only sell our products in California. Sorry for the inconvenience.
