Feeding my kids mostly gluten free

As a super sensitive celiac with young toddlers (16 months and 3 1/2 years old), I find it almost impossible to not cross contaminate and make myself sick. Toddlers are so messy and let's be real I have to use my hand-held vacuum about 30 times a day to clean up their crumbs. Now while I am not against them having gluten and do on occasion give it to keep their bodies used to it, I still find is very risky for me to give it daily. Their snack crumbs wind up everywhere, then their dirty hands end up touching everything, and I never seem to be able to clean everything up fast enough before everything has been touched with gluten. not to mention them trying to drink my water and touch my food. Also, if I feed them gluten I cannot eat at the same time because I am constantly touching their food. That being said, the frustration becomes very real and after getting sick from not cleaning their waters after they touched them while eating gluten, then me touching them and eating my lunch, I made some changes. Majority of the snacks I feed them are gluten free, so I can live my life a little easier especially when were out and about and I don't want to have to wash gluten off my hands all day. Can anyone relate to this? Any tips on managing this better? When we go out i try and let the kids try things they want with gluten. In this photo we went to a bakery, they had nothing gluten free. My mom was feeding my son bites of cake lol.
